Hoodline: Massive Collective East campus breaks ground by Colony Park
Hoodline covered the April 23, 2026 groundbreaking of The Collective East in its May 7 report: roughly 152,000 square feet of workshop, office, and retail space across seven buildings, with more than 100 flexible suites, high ceilings, and garage doors, next to the Colony Park redevelopment in East Austin. Spark Root is the developer and general contractor. ECR is handling leasing, with the first buildings expected to open in late 2026.
