Community Impact: The Collective East breaks ground in East Austin
Community Impact covered the groundbreaking of The Collective East near the 200-acre Colony Park community in East Austin: more than 100 flexible commercial suites with open layouts, 20-foot ceilings, garage doors, and mezzanine options, 387 parking spaces, an adjacent planned multifamily development, and future CapMetro Green Line service. ECR is handling leasing, and the first buildings are expected to open in late 2026.
