Construction update: The Collective East, September 2026
Five months after breaking ground on April 23, 2026, work continues at The Collective East, the 152,000-square-foot, seven-building maker district at 7000 Johnny Morris Road in East Austin. The project is on schedule for first occupancy in late 2026, with full delivery targeted for fall 2027. Spark Root is the developer and general contractor; Dick Clark + Associates is the architect. Leasing is open through ECR for suites from 725 to 19,031 square feet.
