Community Impact: The Collective South Congress finishes build-out
Community Impact reported the completion of The Collective South Congress, Spark Root’s 81,810-square-foot, six-building campus at 7601 S. Congress Ave. Early tenants included Roka Fitness, Gossamer Gear, Avila Creative Soccer, Holmes Custom, Kizzi Dancewear, and Last Stand Brewing Co., and the project was 65% occupied at publication. ECR’s Lee Ellison described the tenant mix as reaching well beyond traditional industrial uses. Spark Root developed, built, and continues to manage and lease the property.
